Since July of 2015, I have been speaking through Victims Impact Panel of Oklahoma. Victims, offenders and first responders will tell how DUI has effected their lives. We speak to high school students, military personel, police cadets. We also have approximately 50 panels across the state of Oklahoma that is attended by court ordered offenders. Your donation will help VIP continue to provide this service. VIP is a Non profit that was started in 1989 for the purpose of ending DUI.
